Our Services

Payments

  • Payments should be made as agreed in the contract.

  • If payment is delayed, services may be paused or stopped.

  • Full or scheduled payments must be made as per agreement.

Refunds

  • If we cannot provide the promised service, you can request a refund under certain conditions.

  • Refund requests must be emailed within 7 days of service completion (info@groviaagency.com).

  • Some services (like consultation, evaluation, design work, and ad costs) are non-refundable.

 

Client Responsibilities

  • Clients need to provide necessary information, approvals, and access for smooth service delivery.

  • Delays from the client’s side may affect project timelines.

Ownership of Work

  • Once full payment is made, the client owns the final work.

  • Grovia Agency may showcase completed projects for promotional purposes.

 

Privacy & Confidentiality

Both parties will keep shared business information private and will not disclose it to others.

Ending the Agreement

  • Either side can end the contract with written notice.

  • Any pending payments must be cleared before ending the contract.

 

Changes to These Terms

  • We may update these terms when needed.

  • Clients will be informed of any changes, and continuing our services means you accept the new terms.
